Since you have taken PCM in your +2, you may try for a B Tech/BE program in a reputed institution or a degree in the area of your liking. For doing MBA, you should be a graduate first. But in india, there are some universities offering 5 year integrated MBA courses. Look for similar courses abroad.

Dear Candidate, Whatever documents required to be submitted at Embassy for Visa shall be verifiable. If State Board of Haryana or any Certificate issuing authority timely confirms the authenticity of documents in reply, than there is absolutely no problem for anyone.
