Dear Vineet,
Doing both will not be possible. In order to be a doctor, you need to do MBBS, and for that you need Physics, Chemistry, Maths Biology 10+2. For working for Microsoft or Google, you need to go for engineering and for that you need Physics, Chemistry, Maths in 10+2.
Both the streams are tough and pursuing both together is not possible, rather not allowed.
However, what you can do is, you can opt for Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology in 11th. In that way you can apply for both after 12th and choose one as per your interest at that time.
Regards,
Aneeket.
