Hello Raushan,
After completing class 12th, you need to appear for various entrance examinations. I would suggest you to appear for JEE Mains and Advanced. These two entrance examinations provide admissions to IITs/ NITs and other government colleges, which are cost-effective.
I would also suggest you to appear for individual state examinations (OJEE in Odisha, EAMCET in Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana, COMEDK in Karnataka, etc.). These exams also guarantee you good colleges and serve as a backup in case things don't end up the way you've planned for IIT/ AIEEE.
Every state has its own share of good engineering colleges. So, don't underestimate

Talking about the best University for BBA in Jaipur, then I would recommend Jaipur National University. The BBA curriculum meets corporate requirements. Professionalism and management skills are inculcated among the students both at the conceptual and empirical levels. Efforts are made to motivate students to realize their goals in difficult and divergent situations through various interactive sessions and assignments. https://www.jnujaipur.ac.in/courses/bba/15/.

Hello Sarvesh,
You have not mentioned your state. Some states conduct CET for getting admission in diploma while in some states it is based on marks obtained in the 10th class. You can find detailed information on the official website of DTE of your state.
