You can check the recognition and approval of the particular university in UGC website or Distance learning council. If the University name is mentioned there then no need to approach HRD. If the university is listed under fake university then you may have to complain to HRD Ministry or file a legal case for the same.

You may find it difficult to get a good job based on your current qualifications of B.Sc CS at DRDO. Majority of DRDO hiring are for B.Tech CS and above qualifications. You are advised to complete M.Sc CS and then apply for DRDO against open vacancies advertised in leading newspapers and employment news.

If you already have a Diploma you can apply for an advanced Diploma or a Bachelor's degree. Benefit in the form of admission can be availed if you have good grades throughout. Also, if you have good grades you can avail scholarship.
