If you are not from Karnataka, you are not allowed under KCET (Government quota). So, you have to write ComedK exam (you have to pay management quota fee but no donation) or direct admission is possible (management fee + donation).

I would recommend you to definitely pursue football through a good coaching centre - a place through which you will have a platform to participate in matches and thereby grow. Alongside, choose to pursue studies too - say Arts, Commerce and Sciences are options. Choose based on interest and how much time you can allot.
PS: You will have sports quota too in Bachelor's programs wherein your football track record could help out in education and complement it well.

As there is more demand of software engineer, I would suggest you do B.Tech. There is more demand for B.Tech graduates and after doing engineering you will have more job opportunities rather than after doing BCA. The second thing, it is only software engineers who get high salary packages.

I think the date for filling the CET forms is not declared on the website yet. I am also looking for MA English in Punjab University. The exam would be held on 10-11 June on 2017. And, the syllabus for PU CET PG is verbal, reasoning, general knowledge and IT.
