1)You should have more than 50% marks in masters degree in case of law it is 55% 2) There will be a written test followed by interview in entrance test 3) Candidates who have qualified GATE/SET/NET /JRE Examinations of apex bodies such as CSIR/UGC/ICRA/ICMR/DBT are exempted from appearing for the written examinations (Paper-I & II). They are eligible for personal interview at the respective departments.

You can not do both the courses through a regular mode but yes, you can do one of the courses through regular and the other one through correspondence.
