Hiy, MBA is given by Universities. For eg. the MBA given by ISME is in association with the University of Mysore. Some government jobs ask for an MBA, also if you want to get in to teaching in universities, they ask for an MBA. Corporate however prefer PGDM, as the course evolves more frequently to suit changing industry needs.
