Admissions in LNMIIT is on the basis of JEE Mains score and not rank. The basic cut-off is that you should have cleared Mains. Individual branches cut-offs are announced later based on the number of seats available for the course.

Placements were not very good at that time, but most of the students used to get good score in GATE exam which helped us to get job in various public sector / private organisations. There were few campus recruitments from the college as well but this number was not very great.

Hi suman!
You are not qualified as your score is 51. The cut off for general caste is 81.
So, you cannot write JEE Advanced.
Getting NIT is not easy with this score as many people would have been qualified. So anyway, you apply for counselling in www.josaa.nic.in
All the best!

Hi Arun, if you have completed your 1st year of engineering you should start the application process ASAP. Students from India cannot apply after 12th, they are required to complete 13 years education which you have met. Now, you must prepare for the IELTS. For most programs German language knowledge is a pre-requisite. Request to check DAAD website, it is the most important website for you to check when you are applying to German universities. Contact the officials too. They have centers in India as well. Here is the link

Good luck.
