IIM-Ahmedabad is the best B-School in India and a lot of students get international jobs. Students get jobs in Dubai also. Salary is based on the profile of the student. If you are able to pick up a job after PGDM from IIM-Ahmedabad, it will be the best in the industry.
All the best.

Dear Prabhjot,
If the university is recognised by the UGC then the answer is yes, however, the marks required may be higher than other universities if the ranking of Sunrise as per their list is lower. The exact requirements you can check with the university you are applying to. Also, do not take a course of fewer than 2-years duration as you will not get post study work visa and points for PR later. All the best.

Telangana Govt. to Scrap TS EAMCET from 2018, Introduce JEE Instead
December 29, 2016 12:47 PM2 minute read, Engineering
The government of Telangana is planning to scrapTS EAMCET for engineering courses from the academic year 2018. The plan is to replace Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). The reason for adopting national level exam for engineering admissions is the recent TS EAMCET 2 paper leak scam. The question paper got leaked a day before the examination, and eventually the government cancelled EAMCET 2 and conducted EAMCET 3 which received a negative response from parents and students.
