The minimum marks to be obtained in board exams are 75%. It is applicable for JEE Advanced also but it is better to score at least 75%.

First of all get good books of all the subjects. Try clearing all the concepts that you find a little bit tough. Immense practice is what one requires to crack IIT - JEE. Solve various question papers every now and then, try finding questions that require a multi-step approach to solve. Give weekly/monthly exams of many good coaching classes.

In order to land a great job, please complete Bachelors as that opens door for more opportunities. Bachelors in engineering, hotel and hospitality industry, business administration are some really exciting fields with lot of jobs on offer. Again, based on your interest and skill set, you can always turn your profession into good paying job too. In the meantime, you could apply for part time work or internships while you do Bachelors. Or even real time project work. All of that will keep you ahead of peers in terms of real - world experience and interpersonal skills.
