Hi Diganta,
Your score is very low so that there are no chances to get admission. After 30th April, SRM University will release all India ranks as well as the cut-off scores. So, if you qualify then try your luck.
You should have scored at least 80-90 marks to get admission in any of the branches.
Wait for the results and if you are called for counselling then please proceed.
All the best.

That is a very tricky question. Most top colleges cut offs are in mid-90%. So, you do not have the chance to get through in top colleges. But, for some courses DU cutoff's are less (not sure which subjects you are looking for).
Otherwise, there are many more options - JMI University is best, IPU is reasonably good.
Besides these, you can opt for private universities in Delhi NCR.

Punjab undoubtedly tops the list. But, at the same time we have terribly good agricultural colleges in Tamilnadu, Pune, Gujrat, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh.
Coming to Punjab, Punjab Agricultural University-Ludhiyana, Khalsa College-Amritsar and RIMT University are the best.
