The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing B.Sc (Information Technology) degree is qualifying 10+2 or equivalent examination in science stream with Maths, Physics and Chemistry as subjects studied and with a minimum of 50% marks secured in Maths and/or in aggregate from a recognized board of the country.
Some reputed colleges and institutes also conduct entrance examination to get admission to their B.Sc. (Information Technology) degree course. Selection to the degree course in these colleges are based on marks secured in the final merit i.e. total marks aggregated in the final exams of 10+2 and the entrance exam.

Unfortunately, no if you are a non-Trichy or Thanjavur resident. If you have completed your 10th and 12th in either of the two previously mentioned districts you have a good chance to secure an admission (preferred stream may not be available though).

Yes. The basic criteria are to get 55% above in 12th standard. If you have achieved this score, you ca get admission in Amity University Mumbai.

Sorry to say but you haven't cleared JEE Mains required cutoff. So, there is no way to get a good college for aeronautical. You may get admission in a private college based on your 12th percentage.

My suggestion is you should go for the BCA, as you want to become a software engineer and admission criteria is -45 % required for BCA in grade 12 with any stream in ITM University Gwalior.

Hi Prachi!
You have not met the cut off marks. So that you are not eligible to write JEE Advanced as well as you cannot get any nits or IIITs.
You have to try some good colleges that accept JEE scores as well as your board exam marks provided you should have scored more in board exams.
