I am sorry but it is difficult if you are in general category. There are only 25 seats for general category students and after second counseling the last rank admitted is generally below 200. Colleges are approved by AICTE and universities are approved by UGC. There can be many colleges affiliated to a single university or the university can be deemed too. But the seat requirements of PESIT BSC have just jumped off the roof and will probably close by 8000 at most. Additionally, there have reduced seats to only 120 students.
If you are willingly taking ME, then I'll suggest to go for NIE Mysore, It might not have its charm as '90s, but it's still amazing.
