B.Tech biomedical is dealing with engineering, technology and biological sciences to improve the quality of healthcare, medicine and human life. Biomedical engineers and scientists are responsible for developing, designing and improving medical devices and procedures for efficient diagnosis, operation and treatment of diseases and other health ailments. Biomedical engineering is still in the development stage in India and, therefore, scope is very limited for this field due to the lack of integration between research institutions, hospitals and universities in India. In India, most of the jobs related to biomedical engineering are in non-tech areas such as service, maintenance, customer support, sales and management. Students interested in pursuing a career in research and core development work in Biomedical Engineering must look for jobs in universities, labs and research centers in India or pursue MS and Ph.D. studies in USA, UK and other nations.
On other hand B.Tech food and agriculture are well established courses and provides good job opportunities in government and private sectors. These provides in depth knowledge of the fields like food processing, food packaging, nutrition, storage, etc. Any person who pursues this course gets the edge of being known as food scientist or food technocrat, Agri-business firms, food processing, agricultural research and development firms etc. Civil engineering is a professional engineering discipline that deals with the design, construction, and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, including works such as roads, bridges, canals, dams, airports, sewerage systems, pipelines, and railways. A career after civil engineering is highly rewarding. There are jobs that involve supervision, construction, design and analyzes of private as well as public projects, such as dams, highways, canals, water sewage and bridges. The profession demands excellent skills for both administration and supervision of projects. Hence I will go for last option as civil engineering.

Medical Electronics is a specialized discipline, which integrates engineering with Biomedical Sciences and Clinical Practice. Medical Electronics engineers develop imaging devices such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and procedures that solve medical and health-related problems such as automating insulin injections or controlling body functions. This field seeks to close the gap between engineering and medicine. The discipline is a combination of design and problem solving skill.
Salary is a function of various factors - I.e. (I) the institute where you have completed your B.Tech + M.Tech. e.g. a graduate from a top institute will command a higher salary. (ii) Your work experience - organization and type of work profile (iii) city - a metropolitan city will have higher salaries as compared to smaller cities and towns. (iv) Your current organization - I.e. where you will be joining - an MNC usually has higher salaries as compared to other organizations. (v) Your work profile I.e. Manager/ AVP, etc. Thus one cannot allocate a figure.
