Hi,
I am sorry to inform you but BK School of Business Management do not offer any admission without CMAT. As this is a government funded college, all the admission are based on specific guidelines.
However few colleges in Gujarat do accept admission without CMAT once they found that seats are empty, they will give admission.

Yes you can get admission into BSc agriculture, you will require the minimum academic scores as prescribed by the University you are applying to and in addition you will need overall 6.5 in IELTS with no band less than 6. Scholarship will depend on the University.

Amol your percentage is a bit low. However you being in the reserved catagory can get admission in MBA. But before that you need to understand that MBA studies requires lot of hard work academically. If you are sure of such academic hard work then only opt for MBA.

Ansal university is better than Jss and one more thing you are interested in noida then you can try in jaypee, galgotias etc. better than JSS.
