The most important thing which you need to keep in mind while choosing your course stream is your own interests and career aspirations. If you feel you want to make a career in research domain in technology sector you can go for M.Sc Biotech whereas if you want to get into Management field and want to lead projects, in your field i.e Bio-chem you can opt for MBA.
