I would suggest that if you are confident that you really can make a difference in your score then only opt to reappear, as it will be a sheer waste of time and energy. If your percentage is above 50% you can try for Private Institutes like Amity for your Masters level programme, you can even try with other Institutes because the minimum eligibility is 50 to 55%, although, meeting the eligibility criteria is not a surety to get admission, but you always can try.

The admission to these Universities would be done through AIEEE rank and your School percentages, in case you have a good AIEEE score then go ahead. In case your rank is low then you might not get through and have to apply to some private Institutes like Amity NIIT etc.

Although, you can get several options with this rank, but you need to first decide on the branch you want to get in. Few of the options you may explore are: Ashok Institute of Engineering Technology, Balaji Institute of Technology Sciences, BIT Institute of Technology, JJ Institute of Information Technology etc. these schools are open for ECE branch, so, depending on your branch you can get the Institutes.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a "best answer" or pressing the "thumbs up" icon.

Pooja
