Basically its depends on your field of interest but if you want to know than as per my knowledge by food preparation you have chance to get placed in abroad because demand of indian food in abroad increased and by f&b you have chances to get placed on senior rank in India, I mean as G.M. which is hard with food preparation so decide either india or abroad.

It all depends upon you what you have given in first preference then comes second. Always go for ECE,CSC,IT, EE , Mechanical.
