An M.Sc Programme is a two-year course that introduces you to the subject in a detailed fashion. After completion of the course, you can normally go for research oriented job or technical job or opt for higher studies (PhD). M.Sc in specialized courses like Agriculture, Medical or Veterinary Biotechnology can be pursued only if you have obtained a specialized Bachelor's degree. Once you have obtained specialized degree, you may be absorbed in agriculture-based companies or R&D institutes involved in such activities.
Broadly categorizing jobs can be looked in both public and private sector.
Government sector offers jobs broadly under following categories. These are:
1. Administration & Policy Making
2. Research & Development
3. Technical Cadre
If you decide to join administrative line, after PhD you can join as a Scientist depending upon your experience. You can even reach up to the level of Secretary Head of the respective department.

If I not wrong you are talking about Symbiosis Institute Of Management Studies (SIMS), Pune. And if it is then :- No, JEE is not required in SIMS, Pune because its a management college. The MBA courses are offered primarily Defence Personnel and their dependents with few seats kept for civilian candidates. For getting admission in Symbiosis Institute Of Management Studies a student has to appear an entrance examination known as (SNAP). If a candidate is able to clear the exam then they are called for interview and after the interview students are selected accordingly. Also a candidate must fill the admission form online. SNAP is the internal test for all Symbiosis colleges. College also considers CAT scores for initial short-listing. If you have not given CAT then you can appear for SNAP.

UGC NET Exam is conducted every year in the month of June and December. If you are preparing for the National Eligibility test you have enough time for preparation. Well most of the candidates prepare for the exam by enrolling in coaching institutes and many do preparations by self. Well the self-doing preparations is the best method for the exam. The National Eligibility test is conducted in two phases -
UGC NET Paper 1- https://somisharmablog.wordpress.com/2018/07/18/ugc-net-general-paper-research-and-teaching-aptitude-test/ and Paper 2. The National Eligibility test Paper 1 is the General Aptitude test whereas the Paper 2 would be conducted in the Computer Science Subject.
