Hello Hemanth,
There is no reservation based on caste in BITSAT for admission into BITS Pilani and its campuses at Goa and Hyderabad.
So, you need to score at least above 300, whatever caste you belong to.

Hi, you cannot apply for the student visa only by taking the PTE. You must apply to a college and must receive the admission offer letter from the college. First you decide what to study and check the admission requirements and apply accordingly.

As both are very good colleges so it's tough to compare in between, however, considering your branch selection it will be better to take ECE at NIT-Allahabad.

Hi Avantika,
Indeed, you are eligible to appear in UPSC examination after completing your Graduation in mass communication. But also keep in mind towards what future you are heading. Mass communication take you some other direction and UPSC or any Civil exam will take you to another. Its better to sit, think and be focused on one rather than keeping things in back up. At the end of the day it has to be you who will be out there working in respective of the choices you make. Just make sure that you keep your focus on one.
All the best.
