It depends on the vacancy. There's no such calendar or time table as per which vacancies shall be announced by airlines. It is solely dependent on their requirements and necessity. So you might get a job immediately after the type rating or you may have to wait for any amount of duration depending on the Airlines requirements. I've known people who've got job the very next month after type rating and some others who've kept waiting for 3years and got their TRs expired. Your hiring also highly depends on your regency and technical knowledge about the aircraft. If you are good at that you may expect a job within 6 months after TR. Airlines presently are expanding in India and hence a lot of vacancies are expected in coming couple of years.
