Well, don't get confused. The order of choice filling should be as follows:-
1) MBM, Jodhpur.
2) SKIT, Jaipur
3) JECRC.
You can give 2nd preference to JECRC also but it would be better if you give SKIT the 2nd-second one as it has good faculty, more of conferences especially the international conference like i-conrer and last but not the least excellent placements.

For admission in NIFT, you have to choose according to your common merit rank. Category rank is just for you to know your rank in your own category. So, please specify your common merit rank and category in order to know which college you may get.

Normally speaking, after locking your choice, the system will not allow you to change till end of the round. Then you have to give option again. I feel you should go to the nearest facilitation centre to obtain more help on unblocking your options or on any related issues.

There is no such Specific criteria. The average monthly flying that an Indian pilot does each month is 60-80 hours. You can now yourself calculate the total number of hours that one can fly each year. It is irrespective of which year of service you do.

It depends on the vacancy. There's no such calendar or time table as per which vacancies shall be announced by airlines. It is solely dependent on their requirements and necessity. So you might get a job immediately after the type rating or you may have to wait for any amount of duration depending on the Airlines requirements. I've known people who've got job the very next month after type rating and some others who've kept waiting for 3years and got their TRs expired. There is no such limitations on the number of seats like B.E. Or MBBS. Any number of people can become pilot each year. On an average 700-900 CPL licenses are issued each year nowadays by DGCA. So these many number of new pilots are added prepared each year in India. This count is inclusive of those licenses also which are issued outside India and later converted in India license.

No. IELTS General score will not be accepted by any university. Need to do only Academic module only. General module is meant for workers and for work visa and immigration it will be accepted. It is advisable to do a programme related to your experience. Yes project management is a good option. Given your experience you can also do your MBA.
