First of all, after completing the degree course, you are not eligible for 5-year law, it is only for UG students. You are eligible for 3-year law only, you should go for law courses in DU, BHU, AMU and JMI universities.

If you belong to general category, then you can't get admission in any DU college, because the lowest cut-off for this course is above 88% for general category. If you belong to OBC, SC, ST categories, then you will get admission in Delhi University colleges.

Type Rating is not a compulsory requirement after completing CPL. But the logic of doing TR is to reduce the number of competition for any vacancy. For example : There may be 2000 CPL holders in the market but the number of type rated Candidates be may around 1000.
