In order to get admission in these universities you need to have good academic background throughout preferably 60%.
You also need to take GRE and TOEFL or IELTS.

Hi Arunvino, generally there is no concept of lateral entry abroad. But you can definitely claim credits for previous learning. For this you will need to submit your application specifying that wish to be considered for credits and send in a copy of your Diploma course syllabus.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written. the documents need to be certified by the notary or by the authorised representative of the University.

Mostly all universities in USA which offers MBA, requires a GMAT score, irrespective of whether you have work experience or not.
The general admission criteria for MBA in good US universities are:
Minimum work experience of at least 2-3 years in managerial or assistant managerial level.
Good academic background throughout preferably 60%.TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
There are some universities in USA which do not require work experience as well, like National University, City University.

As you are a fresher and just completed your graduation, advisable would be that you should opt for a full time MBA programme from a decent B-School as correspondence or Distance Education programmes are generally beneficial for those working professionals who have good amount of work experience and just looking for a designation jump in his current organization or current industry.

If you are more interested towards Telecom then think about it , you can do masters in that and there are various MNC's those are working in this sector such as Bharati AIRTEL, then IDEA, SIMENS, Qualcomm
Automation is also good , In India there lots of foreign companies are setting up there plants for automation industry and in coming future it will create a good scope in the market
For Networking purpose there are some of the courses those you have to complete like CCNA, CCNS,CCNP some advance diploma course in networking those are conducted by the private institutes, you can go for those course which will help you in getting placement in good networking company

The other good option for Automotive course is Germany. The country is well known for its courses and technological advancements in Mechanical and Automotive industry.
