Hi Umesh,
As you are a fresher and just completed your graduation, advisable would be that you should opt for a full time MBA programme from a decent B-School as correspondence or Distance Education programmes are generally beneficial for those working professionals who have good amount of work experience and just looking for a designation jump in his current organization or current industry.

Sunita. It is easy for anyone give you a list of colleges that offer courses in Industrial Relations. But what perplexes me most is that. Why do you want to study Industrial Relations when most jobs in the field of HRM expect applicants to have either a MBA in HR or a MA in Industrial Relations. By the way, you must have studied IR in you MBA course in HR. My point is that studying IR is a waste of time when you already have a more prestigious degree like MBA in HRM. It is not going to make a big difference unless you want to add few more alphabets after your name.

Scholarships are competitive and awarded to the most deserving students. At the graduate level you can get funding in the form of graduate assistantships where you work or research with professors. In exchange you may get your entire/partial tuition fees waived, and get a monthly stipend to cover your living expenses. Such awards are very competitive. Universities abroad consider various factors such as previous academics, entrance test scores, work experience, application documents and so on while assessing an application for admission and scholarships; hence, it is important to have a well-rounded outstanding profile.
