It entirely depends upon ur field of interest. According to me,both languages are beneficial in their own way like Java can be run on any OS whereas .Net supports multiple languages.
Further I will suggest you to do such course from MGU which is an AICTE and UGC approved University which offer affordable,flexible and useful shortterm courses as I am also planning to do one from this University.

Yes we consider KMAT scores, but the admissions close on 30 July 2011 for most of the programs. So the KMAT score may not be of much use to you if you are thinking of RIMS.
