Hi Kaushik, the eligibility to pursue a Masters course abroad is 60% with a 6.5 in IELTS min. Some of the Universities that I would like to recommend are National University of Singapore, James Cook Univ (Aus univ), SP Jain Centre of Management.
The cost can vary from univ to univ. On an average you will spend about 10-12 lacs per annum including living expenses.
It is always a good choice to opt for universities to colleges.
