Hi Gagan,
You need to give TOEFL or IELTS and GRE, if you aspire to get admission in US universities.
You need to give TOEFL or IELTS, if you aspire to get admission in UK universities; there is no requirement of GRE in UK.
TOEFL and IELTS are the exams, which need to be taken by all the international students whose first or native language is not English. Generally universities in UK and USA require 80-90 plus score in TOEFL or 6-7 bands plus in IELTS.
GRE is a exam which need to be taken by all the students who wish to pursue MS in USA, all the good universities requires GRE score of 1200-1400 plus.

Every State conducts Entrance Exams to fill Govt. Quota & Rank the students. Private Colleges join together conduct an entrance exams at state level for filling management quota. Take up the exams and crack the admissions in reputed institutions.
Now only private colleges are open as it is late

yes it is better if you have science background for ITES but you can also get into this sector in management side. there are institutes like aegis global academy who provides 15 months post graduation program in ITES. you can get into any sector if your interest lies in it.

Although, it would be difficult to give names of the Universities specific to districts but few of the good Engineering Colleges in Andhra Pradesh are: IIT-Hyderabad, NIT-Warangal, GITAM Institute of Technology, JNTU, and Osmania University etc.
