I have no idea about the scholarship offered by Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies but being alumni of Lovely Professional University, I am sharing the scholarship details of LPU with you,
Scholarships can be availed in all the Programmes of the University, ranging from Diploma to Ph.D. Students have been awarded scholarships worth Rs. 100+ crores in last year only.

Students who have topped their board examination of eligibility qualification (10th or 10+2 as applicable) and are among the top 20 merit holders, may avail scholarships of full tuition fee waiver and hostel fee waiver which is applicable to four-seater air-cooled rooms.
To facilitate quality education to deserving applicants, LPU offers a special scholarship of Full Tuition fee waiver to orphan students who are residents of India and whose parents are dead. A maximum of 10 applicants will be awarded this scholarship on the basis of a first come first serve basis subject to satisfying the LPU policy for the same.
Applicants having Benchmark disability of more than 70% and/or Locomotor disability caused by spinal cord injury can avail the benefit of full programme fee waiver subject to his/her case being approved by Special Committee constituted by LPU.
LPU offers exclusive Scholarship schemes for Tibetan Students studying in CTA (Central Tibetan Administration) Schools and Students studying in different schools managed by Vidya Bharati Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Sansthan where on the basis of tests conducted in schools of the concerned organization and/or recommendation of the concerned authority of the organization, certain students may be offered full tuition fee waiver.

Learning Software alone won't help you. First acquire artistic skills on paper, then learn application software's for expressing skills in the Digital Medium.
Digital Media and Animation related programs are offered by lot of Government Colleges and Autonomous Institutes & Universities.
While choosing any institute ensure that you are taught by Experienced & proficient Mentors. Also ensure adequate infrastructure, industry interface & validate placement track record of alumni's.

As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program.
So, as per your query I would suggest you to take CAT-2013 and various other management entrance tests and score well so that you may get admission in good B-school.

1. CAT is conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management as a pre-requisite for admission to various management programmes.

2. One can join a CA program after (10+2) or graduation. There is no restriction in terms of prior stream, age or percentage secured.
Following is the procedure:
* Pass CPT examination
* Register/Enroll for Integrated Professional Competence Course
* Complete 9 months of Study Course.
* Complete 100 hours of Information Technology Training
* Complete Orientation Course (35 hours spread over one week).
* Pass Group I or both Groups of Integrated Professional Competence Examination
* Register as Articled Assistant for a period of 3 years.
* Pass Group II of IPCC if not already passed.
* Appear in Final Examination during last 6 months of 3 years of articled training.
* Pass both the Groups of Final examination.
* Get Final Examination Certificate.
* Complete remaining period of articled training, if applicable
* Complete Course on General Management and Communication Skill
* Enroll as a member of ICAI and designate as "Chartered Accountant"
