Hi Vaishali,
Nearly every reputed institutes offer 3 year of BMM course. However, as I know some universities/institutes that provide lateral entry for second or third year. So in this case, you will be able to complete the course in less time.

Yes you can definitely apply for Govt job with you three years graduation degree.
There are lots of opportunities available to you in government sector for graduation candidate.
You can give staff selection organised CGLEI. Further, you can sit for bank exams. IAS is a bit tough but you can sit for it.

Dear Nidhi even after completing MA , one needs BEd to get job in school/colleges, so I think Bed Should be your first option, MA can be completed via Distance learning too if your mother want to go fot it anyhow.
