It will be difficult to provide you details specific to Domotics and Intelligent buildings as its a very specialized field and very few institutes are offering the same. However, one similar course that you can opt for is automation or Home automation to be specific. Home automation basically is related to home security, audio, video, and satellite systems. One can learn how to offer assistance with anything from computer networks to water management systems.

There is so much to learn in this world. What you are asking is the method and technique to get the knowledge about the phenomena of the world i.e. the physical sciences, life sciences, chemistry, literature, art, philosophy etc.
First of all, you have to develop interest in the subject you need to know. If you start abruptly, you will , very shortly, start facing hurdles in understanding the concepts , because you do not know many things beforehand.This may lead to a lack of interest. Moreover, you do not have the REASON why to learn that particular subject. That is why, one must know why he is going to study a particular subject. For example, there is an old book called "Hints for Self-Culture" which says about mathematics:
"Study of mathematics gives the ability for a clear understanding and sound reasoning."
This book begins with the sentence "Wise men are like floating corks in the ocean of wisdom."
When you start studying biology, you must create an interest in yourself regarding LIFE -in animals and plants. How does life create bodies.What is a cell. How do living beings grow, what are the different methods of arrangement of flowers in a plant.
A study of mechanical engineering will tell you as to what is Metal FAtigue. A study of computer Science will tell you how the brain of computer-the CPU works. It is almost like the human brain. How is this possible-you got to create an interest in your curiosities. It should not be an idle curiosity, but a genuine one, so that you learn CONSTRUCTIVELY.
I suggest that you get hold of this book "Hints for Self-Culture " by Lala Har Dayal, and see for yourself what are the possibilities of getting knowledge, and what are the hidden prospects and advantages of acquiring knowledge.
Ever seen a child asking innocent question about the HOW of things, and WHAT of things. The child keeps on absorbing facts because he is INTERESTED and FASCINATED by the phenomena going on around him.
It is an excellent indication that you want to learn different things.You have realized that time is short, and there are many things to be done.
