Hi Tanveer,
There are three levels of ICWAI qualification course.
1. Foundation Course :
You can apply for the Foundation course after completing 12th (Age >/= 17 years).
2. Intermediate Course :
You can apply for the intermediate course after qualifying the Foundation course
OR
after completing graduation (other than fine arts).
3. Final Course :
You can apply for this course after qualifying the Intermediate course
As you are a graduate, you can directly apply for Intermediate Level exam without
having qualified Foundation course.
DURATION of the Course :
Foundation course : 10 months
Intermediate course : 1 year
Final level : 10 months
All the examinations are held twice a year. One in June and another in December.
The Total Fees :
Foundation level : around Rs. 10,000/-
Intermediate level : Rs.34,250/-
Final level : Rs.34,050/-

The Certified Internal Auditor® (CIA®) designation is the only globally accepted certification for internal auditors and remains the standard by which individuals demonstrate their competency and professionalism in the internal auditing field.
Certified Internal Auditor Eligibility
The following is the eligibility requirement for pursuing the Certified Internal Auditor Course:-
CIA Exam Candidates must hold a bachelors degree or its education equivalent from an accredited college level institution.
Certain International Professional Designations (such as Chartered Accountant) may be accepted as Equivalent.
Full Time University Students who are in their senior (final) year may enter the CIA Program and sit for CIA Exam.
Once a candidate has enrolled himself for the CIA Program, he shall complete the same within a time span of 4 years. If the candidate fails to clear within 4 years, all his fees and modules cleared would be forfeited.
