It is difficult to pursue Master's in Software Engineering as the minimum eligibility is a similar engineering degree in graduation. You can do SAP from Genovate which is also the authorized education partner of SAP.
Do not mention that you are working and say the councilors that you have time to do it in the evening.Reason i am doing a project which i am supposed to submit it to the college.

To become a software professional you need to be through with the languages in Computer with their relevant applications. Concentrate well on these languages. If you do get marks from the exams conducted by the university you can be sure of becoming good software engineer.

After you finish B.Tech in civil engg, you can go for Construction Management courses, Auto CAD, 3D Max, M.Tech in Civil Engg and MBA too.
You can learn interior and designing after your B.Tech.
