Research papers are required, when a candidate is seeking admission in PHD course, it is one of the important elements of student's application.
Research paper helps the university to decide whether your are eligible or capable to pursue PHD in their university, so please do not take this component lightly.
Letter of recommendation is required from all the students who seeks admission in UG, PG and PHD level in foreign universities, LOR are also the important component of student's application to the university.
Some universities also requires SOP(Statement of purpose), but it is required for UG and PG courses only, for PHD instead of SOP, Research papers or Research proposal is required.

Students can acquire this qualification by undergoing this course and passing the examination conducted by the DOEACC Society. Working professionals can also appear in this examination directly, provided they possess the requisite educational qualification as indicated below. Whereas,PGDCA is Post Graduate Diploma In Computer Applications. It allows students to seek professional computer knowledge. PGDCA gives students the career prospects of becoming System Analyst, Software Engineer, Training Faculty, EDP Manager and many more. One can use these PG Diplomas with their respective bachelors' degree to acquire jobs that require both computer and specific knowledge. After successful completion of PGDCA you can work as:-Software Programmer, Database Administrator, System and Network Administrator, System Analyst, Computer Teacher/Faculty at 10+2/Graduation level, Web analyst, Software Quality Tester, etc.

Although, it is still a budding field but Nanosciences could be a good option. However, as there are fewer Institutes providing Nanotechnology degree you can opt for other fields related to chemistry like Applied Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry etc. chemistry is a vast field and after ding M.Sc degree you can get into industries, chemical industry, food industry, plastic industry etc.
