Hi Ankit,
There are Event Management Institutes which you may consider. However, as Event Management is still an upcoming field you would not find many good institutes providing a degree programme in this field so advisable would be that you should opt for an MBA with Marketing as a specialization, as Marketing is a huge field and it covers various areas like advertising, Event Management etc.
The Institutes you can check with are: MICA, NIEM, IIEM, Amity, CRAFT etc.
For further information on Event Management Institutes you can check the links below:

Because in that case one gets exposure from the work place. You may consider these institutes for distance MBA. ICFAI (www.icfai.org), Symbiosis (scdl.com), IMT Ghaziabad (imtcdl.ac.in), Narsee Monjee (nmimsonline.org), Madurai Kamaraj (mkudde.org), IGNOU (ignou.

B.Tech & M.tech are highly technical & you need to do lot of experiments using sophisticate labs / instruments. Distance Education can not provide the infrastructure. Hence, even if there are some universities who may offer those courses, it is not advisable to join those courses.
