Yes you will get admission in IIT with scholarship if you have more than 70% aggregate and also get a good TOEFL score of more than 100. Ensure that you have good Professors giving you recommendation as that has more weightage in giving the scholarship . Also many universities follow first come first serve system so applying at the earliest also ensures in getting a good scholarship. Good Luck
