You should do M.Sc biochemistry. You can do M.Sc chemistry if you have chemistry as a core subject in all 3 years of B.Sc. 12th subjects don't matter much.

No, you are not eligible for IIT JAM exam.
The minimum requirement for JAM exam is a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 55% marks for General & OBC and 50% marks for SC and ST category.

Prepare for NEET as per the syllabus. Before you prepare for NEET you should gather complete information related to the syllabus. Do not waste your time on topics that are not included in the syllabus. Refer NCERT textbooks for biology and chemistry. Read every single line thoroughly in these books. D. C. Pandey is one of the best books for physics. For Physics solve numericals as possible as you can.

Yes, some universities that offer this course conduct an entrance in which you are asked about the general knowledge, current affairs, basic arithmetic and knowledge about the tourism of your state and country.

Chances are there but based on your strong profile you should try applying to universities in Singapore, USA, Canada, Australia and also New Zealand. Thailand is an emerging destination, I don't know if it will do you any good. You seem to have a good profile so make careful decision. If you are interested in Asia even universities in Hong Kong and China are good like HKUST, etc. Scholarships are on merit.
