Top universities will instead waive off IELTS or TOEFL. If you are interested for a management course from a top university you will most likely require work experience and GMAT score. Visit some university websites and check the MBA requirements, you will get an idea. Some popular schools include Harvard, MIT, LBS, NYU, etc.
