The UGC NET Exam is conducted for the determination of the candidates for assistant professor posts in university and for junior research fellowship award in research. It is a national level exam for which you must have the deep knowledge of the subject. You can find the previous year papers at the official website of NTA. This year NTA is going to conduct the NET exam from 9 to 23 December 2018. There are various websites which provide the sample question papers and mock tests. Visit here to know more. Also, NTA is giving an opportunity to the candidate to appear for the free mock test practice before the exam. Solving the questions and previous year papers will give you an Idea about the difficulty level and type of questions asked in the exam.

Candidate must be a graduate from a recognised university. Candidates appearing in final year can apply on provisional basis. Interested candidates can apply online with the required information. Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview based on marks obtained in graduation. Candidates are selected based on past academic performance and performance in personal interview. Non-AC room: Rs. 60,000/- per annum
AC room: Rs. 1,00,000/- per annum
