Hello Dear,
I think you are talking about the IP College which is affiliated to Delhi University. But there are a number of colleges those are affiliated to GGSIPU. So all are open for all boys and girls. If you are interested then you can take admission as per the University Procedure. But for Admission, you have to be appeared in CET Exam first and secondly you should secure 50 percent marks in 12th also. Then only you will be eligible for admission in colleges those are affiliated to GGSIPU. But one more thing, GGSIPU offers only B.A. (JMC).

According to my opinion, AIMA is the best universities for MBA through distance learning education. AIMA course is Approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Government of India and also approved by joint committee of DEC AICTE UGC. Like in regular MBA programme, all the students who have joined AIMA distance learning MBA course are required to submit a project report in order to complete their MBA programme. The final certificate will be awarded at Convocation.

The UGC NET Exam is conducted for the determination of the candidates for assistant professor posts in university and for junior research fellowship award in research. It is a national level exam for which you must have the deep knowledge of the subject. You can find the previous year papers at the official website of NTA. This year NTA is going to conduct the NET exam from 9 to 23 December 2018. There are various websites which provide the sample question papers and mock tests.
