Generally in India the transfer system is not very popular in so to get a direct entry in the second or third year would be difficult but I would suggest that you should directly get in touch with some of the private colleges individually and see if they can consider you as a special case or else you have to redo your first year. However, there are few Universities which do internal transfers but getting a transfer from one college to another is not possible in Indian education system.
