If you are asking about National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) it is an autonomous Institute which gives correspondence courses and is not affiliated or recognized with any government body. I would like to add here that as there is no public rating or neutral ranking of the Institutes providing correspondence program they all are placed equally. Moreover, correspondence programs had a very little value or it would not be an exaggeration if I say that it has no value especially for fresher.
