Hi Abhuday,
Yes there are different kinds of scholarship programmes which are offered by Delhi University to all the colleges. Usually you need to fill the application form for scholarship in your first year but you can cross check with the Admin Department or vice chancellor of your campus.
The application forms are open right now and the last date to submit the application form for scholarship is 31st Oct 2014.
Kindly check their official website for scholarships.

At NIFD, maximum age limit is 23 yrs as on October 1st every annum for their Bachelor's programmes. But I do not think there is age limit in autonomous institutions offering summer courses
