But, primarily complete Bachelors and Masters in life science, this will open a lot of options in research. Sorry to mention lately but you also may get into research work if you choose to go for medical after 12th.

Since you are from BCA background MCA is preferable. MBA is quite different from BCA terms. It's up to your interest then.

Hey Deep,
US admission process is holistic, nothing particular can assure you admission in US universities, they will look at your whole profile not just 12th marks but all the high school marks viz. 9th,10th,11th and 12th marks with your SAT and TOEFL marks and your ECs. So, you see this is a bit complicated process. Scoring high grades in SAT or 12th will not ensure you admission in the universities. You have to maintain your whole profile and show the university that you deserve the admission.
I hope you got me.

As per my knowledge, GRE is not required to get admission in Australian Universities. However, IELTS or TOEFL percentage is required.
1. IELTS: Minimum of 6 in each section and overall of 6.5 band.
2. TOEFL: Minimum of 23 in each section.
3. GMAT is required by some universities for the MBA program.
Although, I would suggest you to check the requirements of the university in which you are interested.
