There is no harm in doing a job along with MBA. But in my view, the best is if you do a job for 1-2 years and then go for MBA as it will make more sense as then you will have the basic understanding of market and corporate culture.

The chances are good. But, you can contact the universities directly before you apply. Most of the universities do not accept 3 years Bachelor's degree. You can also check SPP colleges for PG Diploma programs.
