Hi Abhimanyu,
For Bachelors degree in Germany you must have completed 13 years education. So, if you have completed your 12th you must either clear IIT JEE Advanced or enroll into a Bachelors degree in India and complete the first year. You may also opt for a Studienkolleg in Germany. The first two options are more common for Indian applicants though. Talking about the exams you must take IELTS or TOEFL and a German language certification.

You can start preparing for quantitative part and try to finishing all the syllabus and make sure you know all the basics. Make sure that you have formulas on your tips.
You might not be able to improve on your verbal part because it generally requires time. What you can do is start reading newspapers for building a momentum to read at one stretch of one full hour. That concentration creates a gap in exam.
For PI, don't bother. You need to stay on your senses because it is generally unpredictable. I would suggest you to go for quantitative aptitude with full strength because that can be improved in a week.
All the best.
