Mass communication is the process of imparting and exchanging information through mass media to large segments of the population. It is usually understood for relating to various forms of media, as these technologies are used for the dissemination of information, of which journalism and advertising are part. The word journalism applies to the occupation, as well as citizen journalists who gather and publish information based on facts and supported with proof or evidence. Yes, you can pursue mass communication after 12th Science with 75% marks.

As you have not mentioned your stream, so I am listing down the points for all the possible ways you can apply for colleges in Canada:
First you search the colleges in Canada according to their rankings. Then you choose around 5-8 colleges in three ways: advanced, intermediate and beginner. Now, the point of doing this is that you can be sure that you will receive admits for at least 2 of the colleges out 5-8 colleges you have applied for.
Now go to their website and apply by downloading the forms or some may have online version. Before applying you must read the terms and conditions that are given and also you must have your GMAT/GRE score, TOEFL (mostly for Canada) / IELTS score, portfolio/ SOP ready in hand.
GMAT is for business studies and GRE is for engineering. The other streams like fine arts and media/communications require only portfolio/ work experience and Bachelor's degree.
So, I think you need to take TOEFL for colleges in Canada.

According to my suggestion if you want to pursue computer science abroad then you can do it from USA. There are institutions like University of California, University of Michigan, Georgia Institute of Technology, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, etc. Yes, you will have the opportunity to work part time either inside the campus or maybe nearby the campus.
Another suggestion I want to give you is that you can pursue your Bachelor's in India and then you can go abroad for MS in computer science. Because, our country also has better range of institutions imparting quality learning in the same.
So, rest depends on you. Discuss with your parents and teachers. They will guide you in the best way.
