Hi,
The eligibility criteria for PGP at ISB is as follows:
(a) Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
(b) Valid GMAT / GRE score.
(c) 24 months of full time post-qualification work experience by March 31st.
(D) TOEFL / IELTS / PTE score (if the language of instruction at undergraduate study level was not English)
You can apply at ISBM if you meet above mentioned criterion.

Nobody can guarantee you a job. After class 12th you will only have access to entry level jobs and there will be very little scope of progression. The question to your answer will depend on your qualification, skills and knowledge.

If we talk about further studies, then M.Com or MBA is good options. If you want to do a job, then there are too many competitive exams for which you can apply like - bank exams (SBI PO, IBPS PO, IBPS RRB, etc.), SSC CGL UPSC exams, railway exams, etc.
The eligibility required in most of exams is graduation. So, you can prepare for these exams.
