Hi,
The eligibility criteria for PGP at ISB is as follows:
(a) Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
(b) Valid GMAT / GRE score.
(c) 24 months of full time post-qualification work experience by March 31st.
(D) TOEFL / IELTS / PTE score (if the language of instruction at undergraduate study level was not English)
You can apply at ISBM if you meet above mentioned criterion.

Nobody can guarantee you a job. After class 12th you will only have access to entry level jobs and there will be very little scope of progression. The question to your answer will depend on your qualification, skills and knowledge.

Actually, there are hundreds of career options available after completing B.Com. But, it depends on your interest that in which field you want to go.
