What is the certificate Masters programme? If you are asking about Master's degree, Canadian universities have one of the best and very competitive. They also do not accept 3 year Bachelor's degree from India typically.

Being a Senior Cloud Architect, I would suggest to take training and go for Global Certification i.e. AWS or Azure or GCP. MCA internship in CC is not going to help in order to job opportunity in cloud market.
