No, B.Arch is mandatory for M.Arch according to council of Architecture. But, yes you can always pursue Masters in Construction Technology or Construction Project Management with Bachelors in Civil Engineering.

Hello, basic eligibility criteria for Diploma in engineering is matriculation with atleast 45%. If you have that much marks you can apply for the diploma in engineering. Some colleges take direct admission whereas some prefer to take student via. entrance examination.
