To apply to GEMS B School you need to clear the GEMS Admission Test (GAT). It can be taken at http://gemsadmissiontest.com/. GAT is an online test that can be taken at your convenience. The entrance test would comprise questions related to Basic Maths, General Knowledge, current affairs, English grammar and logical reasoning.
