Doing graduation in engineering is fundamentally inviting trouble. There are very few institutions that have the authority to conduct such courses. Even to find such institutions is very tough job. However there is another way. You can appear for & associate membership exam & pass it. It is acceptable to all concerned as equivalent to graduation in engineering. The minimum educational qualification for getting admission in this course is 12th or its equivalent. You have already done HSC meaning class 12th, so you are eligible for admission. However the admissions are based on an entrance exam called UCEED. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about this entrance exam as well as different IIT's and Institutions which accept this entrance exam scores for giving admission to their respective B.Des courses. Remember JEE mains or JEE advanced are not the qualifying exams or the entrance exams for this course.

Satellite engineers design programs that direct orbiting satellites and keep them functioning properly. They create satellite command systems that remotely control satellite activities from ground stations, develop software that will support the operations of a particular mission, monitor satellites for problems, conduct testing of communication systems, collect data that tracks satellite trends and behavior and write status reports. Satellite engineers are primarily employed by defense contractors and aerospace companies.
Education: Bachelor's degree in aerospace, electrical or mechanical engineering is required.
Master's degree is preferred.
