Well for Oriental University, as not much is available on the website regarding the recognition and affiliation, I would suggest you to speak to their officials over the call or personally show up at the campus and speak to the existing batches, faculty, counselors. Besides you may try reaching the alumni as well.
Faculty, Course Material, Quality Education, Fees, Accreditation, Infrastructure and most important Placements, all these are the factors that define a good and reputed college. And the best way to judge the credential is to:
*Make a list of the colleges for which you meet the requirements.
*Select the ones which meet your set criterion like funds.
*Select the best which fits in the kitty of above mentioned parameters.
I believe that major concern is always with the placements, for the same, I would say that whichever college you may opt for, apart from the assistance from the placement team you need to make your own efforts as no institute can guarantee you that as it entirely depends on your capabilities and utilization of skills at the right time.

In case you are talking about one sitting degree, although, there are Institutes providing one sitting degree like KSOU, Osmania University, Andhra University, University of Kerala, Institute of Distance Education etc, but I don't think it holds any value in the job market, so in case you are just looking for a degree to complete your education you can go for these one sitting degree but whether or not it can bring any career benefits to you is really doubtful.
